• Check in and check out days are charged as full days, unless collected before 11.00am.
• All days booked for maybe charged for even if collected before booked departure dates.
• Payments can be made by EFTPOS, cash or credit cards (has a 2% surcharge).
• Peak season applies between, December 20th and 10th January
• Surcharges are applicable during the Christmas and New Years peak season. An extra $5.00 per day per pet.
• Bookings made for the Christmas Peak Season will require a 50% NON Refundable Deposit to be made to hold the booking.
• We are happy to administer medication free of charge.
